GLENN PALLISTER

Glenn is widely regarded as one of the most creative and successful producers in Australia with almost 25 years in the television & entertainment business. He is a leader in his field and has incredible experience. He has a real passion for music and has had a close association with SONY BMG especially through the programs he produced at the Nine Network. 

In 1983, Glenn joined Channel Nine straight from school as a trainee cameraman. He worked on numerous cricket series, MTV programs and eight seasons on Ray Martin’s Midday Show, where he won a Penguin Award for excellence. In the mid 90’s Glenn was promoted into production for a number of shows including Wide World of Sports and the Footy Show from its 1995 debut, where he was the executive producer for 7 years. In 2004 he was appointed Nine’s Head of Entertainment and during this time he was responsible for a portfolio which included, This is Your Life, Australia’s Funniest Home Video Show, Comedy Inc and special outside broadcasts like the Logies. Glenn was also responsible for the Nine Network’s participation in the Tsunami Relief Concert and Telethon. 

Most recently, Glenn held the position of Director, Programmes and Content Creation for the Australian operations of leading international company IMG’s broadcast division, IMG Media (formerly TWI). During this period he produced the first multi camera new media coverage of Australian Fashion Week.
